CSX Transportation, Inc. (CSXT) (500 Water Street, J-275, Jacksonville, FL 32202) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities associated with the CSXT Breed Siding Project located south of Farmersburg, Indiana, east of the existing rail line between railroad Mile Marker 0ZA 193.38 and 0ZA 196.42. The approximate northern extent of the project is located approximately 300 feet south of the W. Sawmill Road crossing in Farmersburg, IN. The approximate southern extent of the project is located approximately 1,600 feet south of the E. County Road 850 North crossing. Runoff from the project site will discharge to Turman Creek, Thunderbird Creek, Busseron Creek, and Kettle Creek.
