Notice is hereby given that in the above titled estate proceedings. 1.Cynthia Holt-Wildman, died on September 19, 2012 as resident of Vigo County. 2.At the time of her death, there were potential unknown heirs to her estate. 3.Her spouse, Louis Wildman, as the only known heir of the Decedent, filed in this Court a Petition For Administration With Court Supervision And To Determine Heirship. 4.This Court will hold a hearing on that Petition on July 25, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. 5.That all parties claiming to be an unknown heir of the Decedent are required to appear in this Court on or before said date and provide proof of their heirship to the Decedent or be forever barred. 6.That this Court will, pursuant to that hearing, enter an Order determining the unknown heirs of the Decedent, if any.
