CONTINUOUS NOTICE TO ABATE GRASS & WEED NUISANCE
You have been identified as the record owner of the real estate identified below. In violation of the Terre Haute City Code Sec 6-170, you have allowed grass and/or weeds to grow on your property in excess of eight inches (8"). You have until June 20, 2016 to abate the nuisance. If you fail to abate this initial nuisance by June 20, 2016,

will cause the grass and/or weeds to be cut or removed and you will be invoiced for such removal. You will not receive notifications for future violations occurring at this address in calendar year 2016. The City will abate the nuisance as needed without additional notification to you prior to the abatement. Failure to pay the cost of grass and/or weed removal within thirty (30) days of the invoice for such mowing will result in the charge being certified against your property with the Vigo County Treasurer for collection.
