Duke Energy (1000 E Main St., Plainfield, Indiana 46168) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities associated with construction of a storm sewer system at the Duke Energy Wabash River Station (39.533583 N, 87.422525 W) near West Terre Haute, Vigo County, Indiana. Runoff from the project site will discharge to an unnamed tributary of (and directly to) the Wabash River.
