TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Vigo County, Indiana, in Cause No. 84D02-1404-MF-03147 wherein U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF8 Master Participation Trust, by Caliber Home Loans, Inc., as its attorney in fact was Plaintiff, and Robert Edward Hux, AKA Robert E. Hux, Donna Michelle Hux, AKA Donna M. Hux, The United States of America, Department of Treasury, Internal Revenue Service, State of Indiana, Vigo County Treasurer, and Unknown Occupants were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 16th day of June 2016, at the hour of 10:00AM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Sheriff's Office Lobby at 201 Cherry Street, Terre Haute, IN 47807, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Vigo County, Indiana. A part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 7, Township 13 North, Range 9 West of the 2nd P.M., Fayette Township, Vigo County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 7, thence North (assumed bearing) on the West line of said Section 7 a distance of 137.40 feet to the point of beginning of this description; thence continuing North on the West line of said Section 7 a distance of 78.60 feet to a point in the middle of a creek or drainage ditch, thence following along said creek or ditch approximate centerline on a bearing of North 84 degrees 40 minutes East a distance of 1,388.58 feet, more or less, to the East right of way line of Public Service Indiana's 138 KV Powerline; thence South 45 degrees 10 minutes 12 seconds East a distance of 490.12 feet, more or less, along the East right of way of said Powerline to a point on the South line of said Northwest Quarter; thence North 89 degrees 59 minutes 04.4 seconds West a distance of 1,570.98 feet along and upon said South line of the Northwest Quarter to a point; thence North 137.40 feet to a point; thence North 89 degrees 59 minutes 04.4 seconds West a distance of 159.20 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 9.78 acres. More commonly known as: 9937 North Rangeline Place, West Terre Haute, IN 47885 Parcel No. 84-02-07-100-010.000-025 Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
