NOTICE TO BIDDERS Bids for Lease/Purchase of Multi-Functional Devices& Print Management Notice is hereby given that the Vigo County School Corporation, Vigo County, Indiana will receive sealed bids up to 2:00 pm, local time, on May 12th, 2016 at the: Vigo County School Administration Building Purchasing Office 686 Wabash Avenue Terre Haute, IN. 47808 Mailed bids must be received by May 12th, 2016. Use of a service such as FedEx or UPS that assures timely delivery and confirms such delivery is highly encouraged. Bids shall conform fully to specifications on file in the Office of the Business Manager, Vigo County School Administration Building, 686 Wabash Avenue, Terre Haute, IN 47807. Bids shall be submitted with an Indiana State Board of Accounts style non-collusion affidavit, which must be signed and executed. No Exceptions will be allowed. Bidders must submit with their proposal a bid bond, certified check, cashier's check or money order made payable to the Vigo County School Corporation, and issued by a financial institution which is a member of the Federal Reserve System, or a bid bond executed by the Bidder and Surety Company. The Amount of such check or bid bond shall be equal to five percent (5%) of the total proposal. If the proposal spans multiple months, than the "total proposal" shall mean the number of months in the longest contract term offered in the proposal multiplied by the expected average monthly fee. Said Board of School Trustees reserves the right to: 1.Accept any bid within 60 Days after the time of opening, during which time no bid shall be withdrawn; 2.Reject any and all bids, and; 3.Waive any informalities, which may occur in the bidding.
