Gregory and their unknown creditors; and, the unknown executor, administrator, or personal representative of the Estate of Nancy S. Gregory AND Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Orville J. Everett and their unknown creditors; and, the unknown executor, administrator, or personal representative of the Estate of Orville J. Everett AND Kelley Braffet: BE IT KNOWN, that BMO Harris Bank N.A. , the above-named Plaintiff, by its attorney, Leslie A. Wagers, has filed in the office of the Clerk of the Vigo Superior Court #4 its Complaint against Defendants Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Nancy S. Gregory and their unknown creditors; and, the unknown executor, administrator, or personal representative of the Estate of Nancy S. Gregory AND Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Orville J. Everett and their unknown creditors; and, the unknown executor, administrator, or personal representative of the Estate of Orville J. Everett AND Kelley Braffet, and the said Plaintiff having also filed in said Clerk's office the affidavit of a competent person showing that the residence and whereabouts of the Defendants, Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Nancy S. Gregory and their unknown creditors; and, the unknown executor, administrator, or personal representative of the Estate of Nancy S. Gregory AND Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Orville J. Everett and their unknown creditors; and, the unknown executor, administrator, or personal representative of the Estate of Orville J. Everett AND Kelley Braffet, upon diligent inquiry are unknown, and that said cause of action is for default on the promissory note and to foreclose a mortgage on the following described real estate in Vigo County, State of Indiana, to wit: Lot Number Forty-nine (49) in Ardmore, a Subdivision of a part of the North half of the North West Quarter (NW 1/4) of Section Three (3), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West, Vigo County, Indiana. commonly known as 3027 South 9 1/2 Street, Terre Haute, IN 47802. NOW, THEREFORE, said Defendants are hereby notified of the filing and pendency of said Complaint against them and that unless they appear and answer or otherwise defend thereto within thirty (30) days after the last notice of this action is published, judgment by default may be entered against said Defendants for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
