NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Area Plan Commission of Vigo County will hold a public hearing on May 4, 2016, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Vigo County Annex, 127 Oak Street, Terre Haute, IN 47807 on the following subdivision application: DOCKET #38, File #21-16, M&P, 23-Lot, M/P/S. Developer, M&P Property Group/Mike Pick. Surveyor, Myers Engineering/Earl D. Spires, Jr. 5.01 acres will be divided into 23 lots in Section 26-T12N-R9W, Harrison Township. The subdivision may be examined at the Area Planning Department for Vigo County in the Vigo County Annex, 159 Oak Street, Terre Haute, IN. Interested parties may voice an opinion at the hearing and/or file written comments concerning the subdivision with the Secretary of the Commission.
