STATE OF INDIANA COUNTY OF VIGO IN THE VIGO SUPERIOR COURT #2 CAUSE NO. 84D02-1602-MF-001232 Reverse Mortgage Funding LLC Plaintiff, vs. Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Merriel Hollers AKA Merriel Claudette Hollers and their unknown creditors; and, the unknown executor, administrator, or personal representative of the Estate of Merriel Hollers AKA Merriel Claudette Hollers, et al. NOTICE OF SUIT SUMMONS BY PUBLICATION TO: Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Merriel Hollers AKA Merriel Claudette Hollers and their unknown creditors; and, the unknown executor, administrator, or personal representative of the Estate of Merriel Hollers AKA Merriel Claudette Hollers: BE IT KNOWN, that Reverse Mortgage Funding LLC, the above-named Plaintiff, by its attorney, Miranda D. Bray, has filed in the office of the Clerk of the Vigo Superior Court #2 its Complaint against Defendant Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Merriel Hollers AKA Merriel Claudette Hollers and their unknown creditors; and, the unknown executor, administrator, or personal representative of the Estate of Merriel Hollers AKA Merriel Claudette Hollers, and the said Plaintiff having also filed in said Clerk's office the affidavit of a competent person showing that the residence and whereabouts of the Defendant, Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Merriel Hollers AKA Merriel Claudette Hollers and their unknown creditors; and, the unknown executor, administrator, or personal representative of the Estate of Merriel Hollers AKA Merriel Claudette Hollers, upon diligent inquiry is unknown, and that said cause of action is for default on the promissory note and to foreclose a mortgage on the following described real estate in Vigo County, State of Indiana, to wit: Lot Number Eleven (11) in Block Number Two (2) in Ouabasche Acres First Addition, being a Subdivision of the following described real estate in Vigo County, Indiana, to-wit: Commencing 442 feet North of the Southeast corner of the North East quarter of Section 9, Township 12 North, Range 9 West; thence West 762.5 feet; thence North 441.44 feet; thence East 762.5 feet to the East line of Section 9; thence South 441 feet to the place of beginning. commonly known as 2805 North 6th Street, Terre Haute, IN 47804. NOW, THEREFORE, said Defendant is hereby notified of the filing and pendency of said Complaint against them and that unless they appear and answer or otherwise defend thereto within thirty (30) days after the last notice of this action is published, judgment by default may be entered against said Defendant for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
