PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS ENTERPRISE Terre Haute Transit Utility, a department of the City of Terre Haute, Indiana has established an overall goal of 1% for Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation for Federal Fiscal Year 2014, 2015, and 2016. The DBE program was developed in conformance with the U.S. Department Rule 49 CFR Part 26. The goal and information regarding the Terre Haute Transit Utility DBE program is available for public review at the address listed below, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Comments regarding the goal and DBE Program will be accepted for a period of forty-five days following this publication of the notice.
