Notice is hereby given that the Executive Board of West Central Indiana Educational Service Center will receive sealed proposals for the Food and Supplies Bid for the 2016-17 contract year. The WCIESC-CBP's intent is to make one award to a single prime organization. The WCIESC-CBP reserves the right to renew the prices and terms of any contract resulting from this procurement with optional successive one year renewals not to exceed five (5) years total with the successful respondent. Extensions will be effective through an amendment to the Agreement for current participating school corporations and future members that may join. This RPF covers the delivery area of the West Central Indiana Educational Service Center and Wabash Valley Education Center members of West Central Indiana Cooperative Bid Program (WCIESC - CBP). Proposals will be accepted until the opening Wednesday, May 4, 2016, 2:00 p.m. at the West Central IN Educational Service Center, 1 N. Calbert Way, Suite D, Greencastle, IN 46135 for the following items: 1.Groceries 2.Frozen Foods 3.Meat 4.Seafood 5.Poultry 6.Dairy Products 7.Disposable Supplies 8.Cleaning and Chemical Supplies Proposal specifications will be on file at the West Central Indiana Educational Service Center. Each completed proposal must be in a sealed envelope marked "Sealed Proposal-Cafeteria Food and Supplies WCIESC&WVEC Areas" with the name and address of the vendor on the front of the envelope.
