PERMITS OBTAINED BY OWNERS OR CONTRACTORS WITHOUT THE CONSENT OF THE DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT WILL BE CONSIDERED NULL AND VOID. BIDDERS MUST BE ENROLLED IN THE E-VERIFY PROGRAM PURSUANT TO IC 22-5-1.7 IN ORDER TO BE ABLE TO BE AWARDED CITY CONTRACTS.
