Wagers, has filed in the office of the Clerk of the Vigo Superior Court #3 its Complaint against Defendant Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Danny E. Pruitt, AKA Danny Pruitt, upon diligent inquiry is unknown, and that said cause of action is for default on the promissory note and to foreclose a mortgage on the following described real estate in Vigo County, State of Indiana, to wit: Lot number four (4) in Alvey's addition to St. Mary's as per recorded plat of the same recorded in Plat Record two (2) page 57 of the Recorder's Office of Vigo County, Indiana. And also: One-half (1/2) part of the Thirty (30) foot Alvey Street Running adjacent to Lot Four (4) in Alvey's Addition to St. Mary's as per recorded plat of the same recorded in Plat Record Two (2), Page 57 of the Recorder's Office of Vigo County, Indiana as vacated August 1, 1983, and shown by Commissioner's Road Record 8, Page 78. commonly known as 3201 Bloomtown Road, West Terre Haute, IN 47885.
