Casey's Marketing Company (One SE Convenience Boulevard, Ankeny, IA 50021) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities associated with a Casey's General Store to be located at the current property addresses of 7227 South State Road 46 and 7269 South State Road 46, Town of Riley, Vigo County, Indiana. Runoff from the project site will discharge to Honey Creek.
