The nature of this suit against you is an action to foreclose on a note and mortgage on the real estate located at 7180 Rio Grande Ave., Terre Haute, Vigo County, Indiana, to-wit: BEGINNING AT A POINT ON THE SOUTH LINE ON AND 371 FEET WEST OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 16, TOWNSHIP 13 NORTH, RANGE 8 WEST, VIGO COUNTY, INDIANA, THENCE WEST ALONG SAID SOUTH LINE 528 FEET; THENCE NORTH 247.5 FEET, THENCE EAST 528 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 247.5 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING AND CONTAINING 3.0 ACRES.
