STATE OF INDIANA IN VIGO SUPERIOR COURT #3 COUNTY OF VIGO U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF9 Master Participation Trust Plaintiff, vs. Norma Wilson, AKA Norma J. Wilson, et al. Defendants. CAUSE NO. 84D03-1608-MF-005662 NOTICE OF SUIT SUMMONS BY PUBLICATION TO: Unknown Heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Norma Wilson AKA Norma J. Wilson and their unknown creditors; and, the unknown executor, administrator, or personal representative of the Estate of Norma Wilson AKA Norma J. Wilson: BE IT KNOWN, that U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF9 Master Participation Trust, the above-named Plaintiff, by its attorney, J. Dustin Smith, has filed in the office of the Clerk of the Vigo Superior Court #3 its Complaint against Defendant Unknown Heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Norma Wilson AKA Norma J. Wilson and their unknown creditors; and, the unknown executor, administrator, or personal representative of the Estate of Norma Wilson AKA Norma J. Wilson, and the said Plaintiff having also filed in said Clerks office the affidavit of a competent person showing that the residence and whereabouts of the Defendant, Unknown Heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Norma Wilson AKA Norma J. Wilson and their unknown creditors; and, the unknown executor, administrator, or personal representative of the Estate of Norma Wilson AKA Norma J. Wilson, upon diligent inquiry is unknown, and that said cause of action is for default on the promissory note and to foreclose a mortgage on the following described real estate in Vigo County, State of Indiana, to wit: All of that part of Lot Thirteen (13), except 30 feet off the South side, that lies East of the East line of the right-of-way of the Evansville and Terre Haute Railroad, in Arnold, Minshall and Barton's Subdivision of that part of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section 34, Township 12 North, of Range 9 West, which lies East of the Wabash and Eric Canal; Except 80 feet of even width off the South side of the above described real estate. Also, All of that part of 30 feet off the South side of Lot Fourteen (14) that lies East of the East line of the right-of-way of the Evansville and Terre Haute Railroad, in Arnold, Minshall and Barton's Subdivision of that part of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section 34, Township 12 North, of Range 9 West, which lies East of the Wabash and Eric Canal. commonly known as 1905 South 17th Street, Terre Haute, IN 47802. NOW, THEREFORE, said Defendant is hereby notified of the filing and pendency of said Complaint against them and that unless they appear and answer or otherwise defend thereto within thirty (30) days after the last notice of this action is published, judgment by default may be entered against sai/d Defendant for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
