TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Vigo County, Indiana, in Cause No. 84D06-1603-MF-002038 wherein Finance of America Reverse LLC was Plaintiff, and Marker Torik, The United States of America, The Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, and Unknown Occupants were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 15th day of September 2016, at the hour of 10:00am, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Sheriff's Office Lobby at 201 Cherry Street, Terre Haute, IN 47807, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Vigo County, Indiana. Commencing at the Southeast corner of the Southwest Quarter (SW1/4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW1/4) of Section Nine (9), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West; thence West 330 feet to the Place of Beginning; thence North 385 feet; thence East 145.9 feet; thence to the right on a 8.48 degree curve to the left a distance of 94.45 feet measured on a chord; thence to the right on a 9.15 degree curve a distance of 81.48 feet measured on a chord; thence right on said 9.15 degree curve a distance of 89.45 feet measured on chord; thence South a distance of 123.55 feet; thence West 188.0 feet to the point of beginning, containing 1.57 acres, more or less. Except, Part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 9, Township 11 North, Range 9 West, Vigo County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 9, Township 11 North Range 9 West; thence West 330 feet to a point; thence North 215.0 feet to the place of beginning; continuing thence North 170.0 feet to a point; thence East 145.9 feet to a point; thence to the right on a 8.48 degree curve to the left, a distance of 94.45 feet measured on a chord; thence to the right on a 9.15 degree curve a distance of 81.48 feet measured on a chord; thence Westerly 182.5 feet more or less to the place of beginning 0.64 acre, more or less.
