NOTICE TO BIDDERS Notice is hereby given that the City of Terre Haute, Indiana, acting by and through its Board of Public Works and Safety will receive sealed bids for the listed item below. Said bids will be received until 2 PM (local time) on the 22nd DAY OF AUGUST at the office of the Administrator of the Board of Public Works and Safety at which time all bids will be publicly opened. Bid Security: Any person, firm or corporation who submits proposals MUST file with their proposals a Bond or Certified Check in the amount of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) made payable to the Board of Public Works and Safety. To ensure faithful completion of the contract entered into with the City of Terre Haute by the successful bidder, said bidder will be required to give a Performance Bond due at the time of the execution of the contract, in the full amount of the contract price with sufficient surety thereon. The Board of Public Works and Safety reserves the right to reject any or all bids presented and waives technicalities as to procedures and to award a contract on the bid that, in its judgment, is the most advantageous to the City of Terre Haute, Indiana.
